- Jumps
- Squats leaning against the wall
- Push-ups on the floor
- Abdominals
- Raising and lowering a chair
- Triceps resting arms on a chair
- Iron
- Strides
- Push-ups with rotations
- Lateral ironing
Do each exercise for 50 seconds.
Remember to rest 1-2 minutes between each exercise.
Repeat each exercise 3 times.
