Smoothie with protein and blackberries
Every time you finish a training session, it is very important to help your body recover from the physical wear and tear. So it is recommended to consume foods high in protein that will provide you with enough protein for your recovery.

-1 scoop of FIT, SHKE, PROTEIN4HER or FIT VeganProtein
-1 tablespoon almond cream
1/2 cup strawberries
-1 cup almond milk (you can use another type of milk)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
-1 tablespoon chia
1/2 cup spinach
-Honey to sweeten (optional)
Mix all ingredients except the tablespoon of chia in a blender.
Mix until the desired texture is obtained.
Serve in a glass and add the chia as a topping. You can add blackberries as decoration as well.
