Protein Powder Cookies

Learn how to make these delicious oatmeal cookies with SO2 SPORT protein. They are perfect because when you have protein, you make sure you’re giving your body the protein you need and best of all, they have no flour, sugar or saturated fat.
To prepare them, you can use any of our SO2 SPORT proteins, we guarantee that you will love the taste.

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of oat flakes
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup protein powder
-2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
-6 egg whites
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 cup shredded desiccated coconut, chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

PREPARATION

Preheat your oven to 150 °C. Lightly grease 2 or 3 baking pans where you will bake your cookies.
In a bowl, place oats, protein powder and cinnamon. Mix everything until they are perfectly integrated.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the vanilla, honey and olive oil. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until you have a uniform dough. This is where you can add shredded coconut or chocolate chips if you wish. In case your mixture is too dry, you can add a few tablespoons of vegetable milk.
Spoon a portion of the dough into the greased pan. Try to leave approximately 5 cm between each one so that they do not merge together.
Place the baking sheet in the oven until the base of the cookies is golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, carefully remove the pan and let cool for about 10 minutes.
You can enjoy them with a coffee or a glass of vegetable milk!
