Delicious recipes with hydrolyzed collagen

MORNING SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon of hydrolyzed collagen 3CO or SynergenO2
-1 cup or 100g of blueberries
-1 cup or 225g of spinach
-1 banana
-1 cup of ice
PREPARATION
1.-Place the blueberries, banana and spinach in a blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
2.-Add ice and continue blending until all ingredients are blended.
3.-Serve immediately.
BLACKBERRY MILKSHAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup or 350 ml of light milk
-1 cup or 100g frozen blueberries
– cup or 75g frozen blackberries
– cup or 60g frozen raspberries
-1 cup or 150g frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon of hydrolyzed collagen 3CO or SynergenO2
PREPARATION
1.-Place the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2.-Liquefy until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3.-Serve immediately. Strawberries, raspberries or blackberries can be used as decoration.
FRUIT SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
– cup or 60 ml of natural orange juice
1 orange, cut and peeled
-1 mango peeled and cut
-3 large carrots, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon SynergenO2 hydrolyzed collagen
-1 cup or 210g of ice
PREPARATION
Place the orange juice, orange, mango and carrots in the blender. Blend until everything is well blended.
2.-Add the ice and continue blending until the mixture is homogeneous.
3.-Serve immediately.
